Thank you for taking the time to post on Glassdoor. I agree that Quest has a suite of excellent products. While the year since our divestiture has been tumultuous, not the least of which involved restricting the company, we believe the future is bright. Since you are a current employee, I'd urge you to go back through the many communications about strategy, vision and direction that have been issued this year from our CEO and BU leaders. Pros

Can pay well if lucky/good at selling! Flexibility.

Cons

The portfolio of solution is not sexy to sell. It is hard to do proper business development. The Management can change at anytime (at least every new FY) your account sets which means it is not good if you are inside sales ( the Account Executives will be able to take your opportunities if the account is considered too big for you). At the moment there is no company culture, even though it should be better in future. Depend on which region you are working on, the channel is more or less developed. Sales targets are not necessarily well balanced.
