      Uhhhhhh...... I can't think of anything...

      Cons

      New owners are destroying the company. No idea what they are doing. New management is just paying themselves big salaries while the business circles the drain. CEO is a convicted felon who never shows up, and has no vision. What a waste of $2B by Francisco and Elliott. Maybe they are the fools...

      Quest is far from destroyed. We are releasing new products, continuing to provide exemplary service to customers and working hard to create the infrastructure that was necessary following the divestiture from Dell. Good luck in your new job search.

      Quest was Dell’s Vietnam

      Pros

      Quest was a pretty good standalone company, but the CEO & Chairman needed to leave for it to grow. They didn’t, so Dell bought it. At least Dell was good about paying share options.

      Cons

      Dell invaded Quest like the US invading Vietnam. Installed a puppet government and then destroyed it. Then pulled out declaring victory. Too weird.

      Pros

      Still some good people left, but many have left, or have been replaced by ex-attachmate people.

      Cons

      Too many to list, ever since FP and Attachmate have taken over.

      If you are a current employee, I hope that you attended our recent all hands meeting where we talked in great detail about the operating plan for each business unit. There is greater transparency in sharing results than Quest has seen in many years. Given that your review is almost 3 months old, I'd love to see a follow up LuAnn CHRO
