Pros

Great people to work with who are top in their field. Management tries to be as transparent as possible on KPIs and the direction of the company. Directors and managers appreciate hard work and provide support and encouragement. Good pay and benefits and they are on scale with similar companies. Great place for a work life balance.

Cons

Would like to see more in career development and continuing education assistance, but I think it's in consideration and maybe in the early planning stages.

- Ability to grow - Initiatives are appreciate - Salary at market level - Work from home option - Good organization - Stimulates usage of vacation days - Success oriented company

Cons

- Comparing to other companies there is not much cons to say maybe quicker decision making and less administration
