      Pros

      Supportive of working remotely or from home when needed. There are some interesting projects as the company tries to reinvent itself.

      Cons

      Driven by finance, lots of offshoring. There are many products that way behind the industry

      As we continue the process of divesting from Dell and creating the new Quest Software, feedback helps. I don't see the evidence of offshoring that you refer to but I definitely see the investments in product development that will result in increased offerings for our customers.
