Pros

Sometimes early release, not much to brag about.

Cons

I'm not sure how they can state they gave above the National average for raises at 4%. What department was that. I know employees that received 1 & 2 %, what does that even mean when it's so little, really 1% sort of laughable. Why would it be below the cost of living. Also, they got rid of a lot of employees only to hire a lot more. The workload only grows for some when there are layoffs and hoping new employees and temps, which are paid low, is the answer may back fire!!! They tend to not be loyal or reliable.

Pros

At this point, I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Since the divestiture from Dell and new owners, it has gone downhill. They only focus on the bottom line and have no vision or direction from the company. It is really sad to see them force out or not care about the quality team members. And the CEO? I believe he doesn't exist...barely ever hear from him. Also, no room for upward mobility.

Pros

Anything positive left the company when Quest separated from Dell and management jettisoned everything the teams had built towards to that point.

Cons

Front line sales management in Round Rock is terrible. They treat their sales people like children, do not give them tools to succeed, cut their pay, slash their commission structure, do nothing to their update products and then wonder why their top sales people are leaving in droves. But, if you thought front line management was bad, just wait until you meet upper management. Short sighted decisions based on an ever changing strategy and a completely absent CEO who seems like he wanted to wash his hands of the company the moment he got the job. If you want to work on a sinking ship - Quest is for you!
