Year 2022 marked my one decade of tenure in Quest! Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege to be given several job rotation opportunities within accounting and the chance to learn not just R2R (record to report) but also to learn about accounting practices in different jurisdictions. The global teams are made out of incredible people who share positive energy, creative ideas, and are bold in their beliefs – that’s fun and that energizes and motivates me every day. Nevertheless, the great management teams and inspired leaders who empower and enable us at all levels to make positive improvements and supportive. With work flexibility practices like telecommuting and flexible hours, working mothers like me are motivated to continue to be actively engaged whilst working towards unified goals. What’s better than working in an environment that makes you feel special and valued always! That’s Quest!
