Pros

work life balance being fully remote is good. Teams are good generally helpful plenty of opportunity for growth

Cons

Too many management team not understanding what workers are doing. Typical large company figure driven without understanding what works and what doesn't. Can be an attractive place for toxic sales people.

Pros

Flex hours, remote work with paid internet and electricity, also equipment to the job properly all arriving at your doorstep on time, pay has never been late and the communication is open and constant.

Cons

Updating paychecks upon promotions is sometimes late and sloppy. They did pay it eventually, it's just a small annoyance. Company works with some outsourcing companies that do a sub-par job and communication with them is sometimes very hard.
