Pros

Good people, good compensation. However, I worked there when it was still part of Dell, so it could be quite different since the software division was sold to a holding company that chose to lay off a large chunk of the workforce on day one.

Cons

Health coverage was surprisingly mediocre for a worldwide company.

Pros

Employees go to bat for each other. Everyone helps each other out, and is willing to take time out of their day to teach, mentor, and share best practices. We get to know each other outside of work too. Immediate management leadership gets all involved and takes professional development seriously.

Cons

Lack of transparency and no long term plan acknowledged. Career path options are limited.
