Great work environment Friendly management All the seniors are extermely helpful and possess great technical knowledge

Not much of cons but upper management decisions are hasty

You can work remotely, which is nice

Cons

Company is in a disarray, people are leaving in droves and salaries plus bonus' are not being paid correctly. It's sad.

Pros

Great people, great energy. Although I was employed there during the Dell Software acquisition, Quest is in a rebuilding stage now as it returns to its roots. Exciting!

Cons

No cons really. Steady and consistent work hours. Pay is commensurate with experience and at entry level but room for growth and promotion.
