      Comparative benefits package. They cognizant of life out of work.

      It's a large company and you may never meet the executive team face to face.

      Quest Software - under new management....

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. I mostly had good managers, some better than others, but none that I thought were visionary or particularly inspiring. Most of my coworkers were above average to very good at their jobs.

      Cons

      For most of my time at Quest, revenue was declining. So there significant WFRs every year or two. This meant that some of the most talented people left of their own accord. I always got the impression that the folks in upper management were bean counters and never really understood the market or bigger picture of selling commercial software.
