It was lead by a terrific CEO in Doug Garn. Truly one of my favorites.

Cons

Lacked leadership in the Professional Services organization and needed incentives.

Great team members committed to delivering quality software to customers and partners. Management and sales knows how to sell software.

Cons

Never enough investment in research and development. Keep a better lookout for emerging competitors and do not rest on your laurels.

Pros

Quest was a great company. Doug Garn was the best CEO I have ever worked for. Super helpful internally and the money used to be great until Dell took over.

Cons

Bad territory structure. You have hardware and software guys working the same account causing confusion and overlap. Needs better internal organization.
