      Pros

      technology is best in market, a few highly skilled individuals maintaining high standards. Pay and work life balance are good and each employee is treated as an individual.

      Cons

      Dell have lost what made Quest special. Too much red tape and procedures to be followed to do anything. While Dell is a huge beast, there is little to no career progression or planning. Management are there because of tenure and ability to manage up rather than due to skill

      Pros

      Changing project about every year or often. Not so big load, you can relax sometimes. Nice people in the office.

      Cons

      No possibility to remote working. You should sit in the office 8 hours regardless of loading. Office has a bad location in St. Petersburg.

      Pros

      Quest promoted work life balance. Encouraged employees to push the envelope to be creative.

      Cons

      Once acquired by Dell lots of fire-drills for reports, marketing updates. Added to the heavy work load can be extremely frustrating. Cost cutting activity make it difficult to make goals for the business.
