      Pros

      Great location, great space. Lots of really smart and talented people. The hours and telecommuting options were very much appreciated.

      Cons

      The Toronto office, and other remote offices, are out of the loop with the main office in Aliso Viejo. Infrastructure issues and slow connections to AV made some of the tools tough to use sometimes.

      Dynamic work environment with highly motivated, bright people who are fun to work with. Great products. Great office environment.

      Cons

      Have to be able to manage complicated or unstructured organizations. Not the place for folks who need structure.
