Great work environment, every one seemed to care about each other and took the time to talk things through

Cons

with new aqcuisitions came an extensive amount of workload, not so much a con, because I learnt so much from this

Pros

Changing project about every year or often. Not so big load, you can relax sometimes. Nice people in the office.

Cons

No possibility to remote working. You should sit in the office 8 hours regardless of loading. Office has a bad location in St. Petersburg.

Hire & Fire, No work-life-balance, every year a couple of People have to go, They are always talking about the "Quest Family", but there is no social behaviour
