Pros

The leadership teams cares a lot about the culture feeling like a small company. They want people to have fun and be very proud of working for them.

Cons

Didn't get a lot of communication on leadership changes. Would have like to have more formal reviews of my performance to see if I could move up, and if not, what could I work on.

Quest has many solution areas, allowing you to help customers in a variety of ways. Unlike a company that sells only one product, you have many solutions to grow the account.

Cons

You can have multiple reps calling into the same accounts. It's critical reps make good notes for all to see.
