Great company and interesting projects

Being a software developer there was a pleasure. Technically challenging projects, great atmosphere. Teams were quite independent from each other, so it's up to you to choose right tools and technologies.

Cons

Probably quite common for large companies going through a series of merges. Your project could be closed easily because another company was bought with a similar product.

Good management, good colleagues, good products, and a good positive environment to work in. Needless to say money is tight, and hence salaries are tight, but still remain quite competitive.

Cons

Not sure what the takeover by Dell will have done to the company. I'd check that our before making a move to Quest.

Fair compensation and possibilities to travel for those who enjoy it. For people with very strong personal drive and for those who deliver (sales) results it is a very good Company. Strong team where the weak are polled off.

Cons

Little or no understanding or willingness to empower employees to work in a personal way or own your own Schedule or calendar.
