Pros

Pay OK thats about it!

Cons

Very poor organisation and man management skills, poor direction, and product training, salesmen rule even in instances where they are trying to sell a fridge to an Eskimo, products out of date with changing market requirements. Management have big aspirations of taking on the big players in the APM market, and yet have failed to notice that market is saturated, dying and changing.

Constantly changing sales focus stifles most long term initiatives Patchy innovation opportunities if your product is not in focus Have to know when to push and when to keep your head down If you want to move up you will have to burn the candle at both ends
