Pros

This company has a lot of different software applications. Offices around the globe which may present traveling and career steps.

Cons

Quest has been buying smaller software companies like crazy. After being acquired by this software giant. Fifty percent of the employee base was let go. With in the next year, two more realignments (lay offs) occurred. Key people let go due to their product being discontinued. Truly not knowing about the people who know what they are doing versus the numbers on the piece of paper. The moral of this company is low, buying up all the competitors has taken away any real competitive energy in the office. They seem to be more about buying company's then designing software.

Pros

Senior management that has demonstrated their personal interest in the company when they could easily cash out and retire ot go elsewhere. The company maintains that small company culture from senior management down.

Cons

like any company, there are some individuals who are harder to work with than others, but thankfully at Quest this is minimal.
