A Good Company, With Big Challenges Ahead

Pros

The company is continuing to grow and compete in a mature market space. They have a reputaiton for innovation and work to build good products.

Cons

Too many products, not enough solutions! It is difficult to articulate a value proposition to a customer when you have dozens of products that need to work together to produce a competitive solution.

Pros

everyone pulls together on a sale -- this creates a basic for good cooperative spirit. (almost) everyone will really try and help you get something done if it is clearly sales promoting

Cons

basic lack of real vision, inability to take a real risk by putting a stake in the ground -- meanwhile, spread way to far over the map

Pros

Extremely flexible work environment. Personally, I work with a team of very bright people who value communication and input on any topic. Responsibilities are there if asked for.

Cons

Not alot of upward mobility. Politics, but seriously, show me a company without it.
