- Culture - Benefits - Company events - Company travel - Good work life balance

Cons

Some regions, verticals and business units are set up to be a lot more successful than others. Generally the targets are not super supported for underperforming or not fully developed markets.

Pros

They do work to make things good for their employees. They have been fair and considerate and striving to improve in my time there.

Cons

With so many people working remote things can get siloed, and they lack a mid level leadership understanding of sharing information quickly and efficiently so some tasks take longer than others.
