Pros

In the business development role there is no commission cap. I made over 6 figures in just over 9 months in role. There is a huge untapped market and if you are willing to put in the work there is great upward mobility and comp. The leadership is great and I always had someone there to talk and assist with questions. I would recommend anyone to this role for someone wanting to get into enterprise tech sales.

Cons

It is very hard work to perform at this level and spent many days at the computer after clocking out to get ahead.

Pros

There is a clearer understanding of the strategy and direction of the company through the transparent communications from senior leaders and the ELT. Employees are reinvigorated after a very successful Q1. Moral seems to be up and there is more excitement around the business and products.

Cons

If you are comfortable with change, you will do great at Quest. The company is moving in the right direction and flexing where needed to keep up with the market demands. You have to be open to change and dealing with ambiguity.
