Great brand recognition but i mean that's not saying alot

God awful pay, terrible company culture, no real growth opp, and shakes it opp monthly.

Pros

Work life balance is great, and company seems committed to allowing most employees who enjoy working remote to stay remote. There are also some smart, intelligent, and all around great people that work on my team.

Cons

Recently, the 401K match program has been suspended due to COVID-19 and I'm not sure when/if that's coming back. Leadership's vision and goals are short cited. The solution to bad quarters is always cost cutting moves and sweeping layoffs. In my time here, most big decisions made by the higher ups are just temporary patches on top of larger issues or problems. Favoritism and little opportunity to move up and advance within company are also negative parts of the job that have been constant in my time here.
