Office location is good. Car park.

Cons

Kept on temp contracts. A lot of days than you can take hol (ot least 3 days at the end of each month). Expected for you to have no family or life at the end of each month (no extra pay for overtime, just time back).

Great way to get experience in software sales,

Cons

Layoffs past 2 years so stability is not what it used to be. Constant changes to pay structure for BDRs making it harder to earn over attainment. Hiring freezes has stopped promotions in a big way. Average tenure is close to 2 years when back in its glory days, A BDR used to get promoted after 1 year. Compensation is well below market its almost laughable.
