Work/life balance is exceptional. People are smart, friendly, and great to work with People stay a long time here, and when they leave -- they often come back Work remotely when needed is accepted Relaxed environment Career advancement is very encouraged and supported

Executive Management changes too often Direction of business shifts more often than it should Salary not as comparable

home office, autonomous environment, good for self starters

Cons

product direction especially for one identity was always weak, new owners made rash decisions on "right sizing" which resulted in brain drain, lack of cloud offering

Once the split from Dell, everything went downhill. Upper management lost touch with what was going on in the field.
