      Pros

      They have a decent culture on the sales side. At a high level they seem to care about their salesforce.

      Cons

      Product is older and outdated. Processes are old school. Overall company has been around for 30+ years so it's a bit of old school mentality. Promotion path was hard to see. They're a dominant name in the space but unfortunately have a bad rep with clients due to their compliance and license true up strategy.

      I recently went through the recruitment process, the whole process was smoothly, making me feel supported and set with the proper expectations

      The background check was a bit overwhelming, however, i understand they need to gather all the documents.
