The coworkers were great; the work-life balance was ok

Nonstop layoffs. Upper management does not care about people's skills or experience, just profits.

Pros

They have a decent culture on the sales side. At a high level they seem to care about their salesforce.

Cons

Product is older and outdated. Processes are old school. Overall company has been around for 30+ years so it's a bit of old school mentality. Promotion path was hard to see. They're a dominant name in the space but unfortunately have a bad rep with clients due to their compliance and license true up strategy.
