Opportunity to work on variety of products. Work from anywhere. Very flexible working hours. Good teams.
Cons
Salary based on passport. I happened to be Serbian and it seems as if they are unaware of the cost if living in Serbia and provide such miserable salary for one of the most paid jobs in the world. At the same time, the colleagues who do the same work in US are paid much more fairly and can have much better life just from the company salary itself.
