      Pros

      The hierarchy for getting work organized is fantastic. People are great, opportunities are plenty, and the code base is incredibly robust. Easily one of the best pieces of software I've worked on.

      Cons

      Salary increases not great unless getting promoted, and the product isn't the most exciting for some people.

      Pros

      Flex hours, remote work with paid internet and electricity, also equipment to the job properly all arriving at your doorstep on time, pay has never been late and the communication is open and constant.

      Cons

      Updating paychecks upon promotions is sometimes late and sloppy. They did pay it eventually, it's just a small annoyance. Company works with some outsourcing companies that do a sub-par job and communication with them is sometimes very hard.
