Pros

I get to travel and see stores in multiple states, meeting amazing team members. Getting to check out local food spots is a plus too. I get to work with my hands building cool car washes.

Cons

I travel a lot lol. You never really get acclimated to the climate one week you could be in the desert and the next it could be snowing.

Pros

Every single person I have met, from the CEO down has been so kind and genuine. When they say they only hire folks who are "smart, kind and driven" they really mean it. And I LOVE changing lives for the better

Cons

I've been here 6 months, still waiting for the shoe to drop, but it hasn't. I don't have a single complaint. I came here after managing restaurants for a couple decades and my only regret was not getting out of that business sooner
