Great place to work, and grow into whatever you want to be in life. Stay if you want (which I’d bet you would want to) or go on to do great things and QQ will support you!

Cons

Be ready for the heat in the summer! Management is demanding, but I believe it’s worth it.

Great culture, work/life balance, and compensation package. I came from restaurants and this is so much better.

Cons

Not really a con, but you do need to be prepared to work outside most of your day regardless of weather.
