Good experiences with management, my manager was always good about making sure you were comfortable with your job duties and would help in any situations

Cons

You're mostly working with teens so it's not a very professional work environment. Little opportunities for a raise and difficult to move up in your position.

Good pay, good benefits, easy.

Cons

Utah leadership team doesn't know how to lead. NO growth opportunity's (Been here 3 years and only 3 store leaders out of 50+ have gotten promoted but we have hired 5+ outside). they tell you to have a work life balance but if you go to a soccer game for your kids on a Saturday, You'll geta text message from the director about not being on site. they say you get to run your store, but you have to have everything approved by regional. they provide no tools to achieve their goals. The only way to achieve the goals is to lie on surveys and make it look like you are doing good.
