Pros

Raises twice a year. One for COLA and another for anniversary. The company culture is nice. The HR team is really working hard. I have had good luck with my direct supervisors, but it's my understanding not all are as lucky. I enjoy being outside.

Cons

It's hard to get promoted. They have this rhetoric about "doing the job before you get the job." I had to apply on indeed to a different location to get my first promotion to Assistant manager. If I didn't take my career into my own hards it could have been years until I received a promotion. I also had leadership experience from previous employers.
