      -fun work environment. -prides themselves on hiring within -changed the carwash industry for the better by customer care and employee well being

      Cons

      - Not always a clear growth plan. -Team members get worked hard causing burn out and fatigue. - Some store leaders and regionals aren’t bought into some of the values

      Pros

      I have been here for seven months now. During all three of my interviews, they all speak about being Fast, Kind, and Driven. It was hard to believe that there was any company out there that actually care about me as a person, but I assure you, Quick Quack Car Wash does. My boss takes time out of her busy day to ensure that I have everything that I need to succeed at my job. I know that her door is open any time I need anything. She is fantastic with giving me advise and even constructive criticism. I am learning so much here and look forward to seeing where my future takes me with Quick Quack Car Wash!

      Work for a CEO that cares about the well-being of his people. Great pay, benefits and the values of the company are not just something they write on a wall, you see it in action daily. Work with and for great people and have a good work life balance.

      Working outdoors can be tough for some people..
