Working for a bad Store Leader/Regional Manager can suck. You could be a perfect employee, but your sales lack and you will be treated like a joke. I am a super hard worker, but at one location, my sales weren't great. I was treated like after 3+ years with the company, moving up in the company was ridiculous. But that could have also been sexism. Women definitely have to fight harder to be taken seriously. The problem is that a lot of it depends on your regional/store managers.
