You don't make commission on sales, despite it being continuously tracked and monitored. If my sales fell below a certain percentage, I had to record audio of every customer interaction I had and management had to listen through it to ensure I was using proper sales pitches and phrases. This was tedious for both us and them. There were "rewards" for sales, but these were things like fancy water bottles. For major regional sales goals, the company went as far as to give out Quick Quack branded socks, and "Quickquackopoly," a licensed Monopoly board game featuring Quick Quack stores, but never any money. It might have been an actual requirement that management not give out cash commission. To be fair, the base pay is quite good, but with how much they charge for those monthly memberships, one would think commission would be in order. If you don't use protective equipment, you WILL damage your hearing. The store provides it, but make sure you grab it before your shift in the tunnel, because once cars are in there you won't have time to retrieve it. If you have a beard, don't bother. Same if you have any highly visible tattoos or dyed hair. This company's whole image is private school preppie, and interviews end instantly if you don't promise to shave or re-dye your hair a natural color.
