The culture is different than previous companies I’ve worked for. They don’t just say our core values are to be Smart Kind Driven, we actually live it and teach others how to live it.

Cons

Store leaders do not get an annual increase for salary. Bonuses are the only opportunity to increase earnings.

Pros

The management is outstanding, the co-workers are great, kind and motivated. Schedules and time off are easy to take. Pay is very competitive if not better than most in customer service.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints in this job.
