Coworkers and Managment Make it or Break it.

Pros

Good Compensation Managment provides snacks and drinks. Pretty Good Hours Car Wash Membership is a huge plus Easy Work, once your store is established, you don't have to sell often.

Cons

It all comes down to your managment and coworkers. Since there is only usally 3 or so on a shift, it decides your entire experience. Awesome coworkers make shifts fly by, whereas bad ones make them drag on. Winter Hours are much better than summer hours. So few people come in from 7-9 in Summer Hours that I can't imagine it's cost effective to keep open until then.

Discount- free car wash for you and your friends/family

Cons

I was thrown into it without proper training. I never used a cash register before and they just put me on it without teaching me. A lot of things were not working (cash register, buttons inside car wash). Customers can rude and entitled because you are dealing with their cars.
