      It is the truth and nothing but the truth, your experience may vary with your assigned leader as you can see from the numbers most people will have an enjoyable experience, although nepotism contributes greatly to a lack of leadership. Someone's idiot brother will be the Director of Operations

      Cons

      The base salary is 55k, and overtime 55 will eventually become 45k as inflation increases. When you become a store leader, there are no advancement opportunities after that, so you will need to earn a bonus to make extra income. No diversity
