You’ll get a lot of hours

Cons

Car wash damages more cars than it cleans so you’re constantly doing damage control. Revolving door of managers. Only cares about numbers and not at all about the system that doesn’t work and they customers they rip off. Promotions, raises, and pizza parties will be dangled in front of you to get your numbers up but keep in mind they don’t see you as a human being. Hail Ryan Daley.

Corrupt Company Void of Ethical Conduct

There are no pros to working at a corrupt and discriminatory organization.

Cons

- Corrupt HR leadership . HR expected higher management to tolerate racial slurs being used in the workplace and intimidates managers to fire someone for hopping over the conveyor due to it being a “safety issue”. If you raise concerns you put a target on your back and will shortly lose your job so most don’t say anything. I’ve heard poor words being said about me by HR leadership, I don’t need to tell you how unprofessional and offensive that is. - Regional Leaders and Directors do as they please - no matter how unethical, or illegal. Including threatening team members with termination if they speak out. Leadership treads the line of illegal activity. - Good and ethical employees are ostracized and deemed annoying for wanting everyone to be treated fairly and respected. Eventually, they are pushed out. - No such thing as Work/Life balance. - The company rarely hires from within. Instead of addressing why that is they continue to pass by their team members for opportunities to advance. To name a few. Bonus structure would be a good deal if all the above issues didn’t exist .

Customers don’t care about you and you have to wear a bow tie and nice clothes which is annoying
