Very educational, I learned a lot and my questions were answered. It was good to hear different opinions on the training and it furthered my knowledge for when I encounter this in the future.

Cons

I’m still questioning the intent of certain task during certain shifts and concerned about how well new hires are retaining . It is all necessary but I think it could be in a better order to make it flow
