      Pros

      I have been working with Quick Quack for the past 4 years. Quick Quack bought out Kelly's Car Wash where I had worked 3 years previously. The change over in management lead to better working conditions and leadership. This lead to a change in attitude that has been passed on to customers. As Quick Quack continues to treat me as more than an employee I look at our customers as more than just cars. I have been allowed interact with customers to provide the best service for their needs.

      Cons

      I am looking forward to more changes at our location. Changes that will show our customers further commitment to the ones we serve.

      Opportunities are always available if needed

      Cons

      Air conditioning/circulation can be a problem at times, but management does the best they can to keep employees as comfortable as possible.
