      Some freedom if you have a good team hired.

      Cons

      No bonus like promised since i didn’t get a new location. Be prepared to work open/close when one of your 16 year old employees calls in sick weekly for band practice or poor grades since no one over the age of 18 wants to work at a car wash. Salary position so guess who’s covering that shift. It’s near impossible to keep a good team with how insane they are about pushing memberships. Pushy is the way they train people
