Fair wage, easy and memorable tasks and actions, and so easy to make friends! I've been gone for a few years now and the friends I've made are lifelong. I hope everyone is as lucky as I was with the team we had!

Cons

In the summer it is HOT. Be ready for that! Emotions can run high when things aren't in order, so stay on task and organized and it should be smooth sailing.

The company is really great, always helping you out and is eager to see you grow. They empower us to take care of our teams which is really great

Cons

They have a lot of change and even though they try very hard to communicate clearly on everything, sometimes here is a long delay before you get clear details on new policies or changes.
