      Great values: this is a company led by caring, principled people. They want their team to succeed. Growing company: exciting to be part of rapid expansion.

      Cons

      Great values: be prepared for a dress code. Growing company: be prepared for inevitable growing pains (infrastructure scaling up, employees sometimes have to "wear a lot of hats" to meet new challenges).

      Coworkers most of the time were excellent to work with and considered them friends

      Cons

      Corporate was difficult to work with when something goes wrong with the wash or customer's issues.

      Amazing work culture that always tries to put its people first! Great work/life balance Great Retail Hours for Management Rapid growth opportunity Your opinion if presented with tact will be listen to and considered You have a full team of support from the corporate level to field operations and so on.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is challenging the culture, but QQ is still fighting the good fight Paid time off is minimal by today's standards for full-time At the current rate of company expansion you must have think skin to deal with challenges
