One thing I appreciate most is the culture. The expectations are high, but there is also a strong focus on support, development, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers. Leadership genuinely encourages growth and gives you the tools needed to succeed. The role itself is dynamic and never boring. Every day brings new opportunities to problem solve, coach the team, improve operations, and connect with customers.
