      Pros

      Excellent compensation, leaders that care about their people, innovative mindset that helps us stand out against the competition, and absolute commitment to making this a great place to work. Also, it's kind of a blue-collar job in that I get to work outside a lot and use my hands--as opposed to sitting at a desk--and yet it is definitely white-collar pay. It has gotten better every year in the 5 years that I have been here. Highly recommend!

      Cons

      It can be very hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter. Our Team Members are great, but they move on to college or other jobs regularly, so we have to constantly be training up new team members.

      The best culture I have ever been a part of. Its not perfect, but the ideas people who are smart, kind and driven is real and the people are great. I love the QQ leadership model of healthy conflict and the way we debate ideas. The summits that bring everyone together to learn about the company and also invest in our personal lives are amazing

      Cons

      We're growing fast and it can be messy at times. Every time we get good at our current pace we speed up again
