Pros

Great place to work, Management is kind and cares a lot about the well-being of the employees. You get recognized for the good work you do. Some of the processes are a confusing but they welcome feedback to help improve the processes. My supervisor is so kind and patient. I truly believe she wants me to succeed. Lastly, compensation is good as well.

Cons

Some of the work is time consuming because it is manual. And for me the commute is difficult. Although the compensation is good the benefits are little high.

Cons

I wish we didn't have facial hair restrictions. I miss my beard and mustache.

Enjoyable community events, but safety concerns persist

Pros

As a team member, I love having the opportunity to be a part of the community parades and events that Quick Quack Car Wash is apart of. They’re so much fun and I look forward to participating in them.

Cons

This isn’t for every location, but at my store we have to deal with a lot of homeless encounters and a lot of people that have no regard for anyone’s safety. We don’t have security and it makes it an unsafe work environment. Having to confront them daily without feeling like they won’t retaliate is a very hard part of the job.
