Everyone is extremely talented and nice. Easy to communicate with managers most of the time. Great PTO. You won't feel bad for asking personal time off here. You will gain experience and new skills.

Cons

Yearly pay raises are very meh capped at 4%. So even if you do good at your job there isn't much of a incentive to over achieve. Still pay a good chunk of change for health insurance out of my pocket for the wife and I. Some projects are poorly created or communicated to/from marketing that create headaches. Difficult to get promoted even when they dangle a promotion in front of you. How we handle tickets is extremely wishy washy from my time being here.

My manager has always been understanding and flexible to mine and coworkers situations which has always made work more motivating. Everytime we have in-person conventions or summits, it is always so refreshing to be with some truly great people here.

Cons

Sometimes there's too much positivity where real issues are overlooked or not addressed

We're still having growing pains, but that also excites me. It's a good problem to have.
