      The onboarding process has been extremely thoughtful, organized, and supportive. Communication is clear, training materials are well prepared, and the team is welcoming and helpful. I feel set up to succeed and supported as I continue acclimating to the role.

      - People are genuinely good to work with; supportive and willing to help out when things get busy. - Clear sense of vision and values; they aren’t just words. You see them in the way people treat each other and make decisions. - Leadership is approachable and generally cares about employees, even if things aren’t always perfect. - There’s a strong team culture. You don’t feel like you’re on your own. - The company is growing, which means things change; it also creates opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. - Overall, work stays interesting, never a dull moment.
