Store leader pushes a lot of responsibility onto team members, not trained a standard way, mix information from different store leaders.

Pros

1.Overall good atmosphere. 2.Managers are amazing and way more understandable and grounded from others jobs ive had. 3.Not bad pay for the job at hand. 3.Good place to start for sales or a job in general.

Cons

1. A sad disconnect from store level to upper management outside the store you are at. 2. Quick qack stores are all different and others are up-kept while others suffer and you just got to deal your hand where you work at. 3. I believe upper management contradicts themselves and uses there perceived goals and policies without talking with people on sight who have the best perspective first hand on its effects which is usually lowers moral and customer satisfaction.
